About the Graduate Trainee Program
This is a time-limited program where recent graduates gain hands-on experience across core business functions before being placed in a permanent role. They have to work alongside experienced professionals, learning real processes and systems.
Requirements
- A Degree relevant to the departments on offer — engineering, food science, chemistry, logistics, business
- 0–2 years post-NYSC
- Willingness to learn quickly across unfamiliar functions
- Adaptability — each rotation brings a new environment and new challenges
- Strong communication, since trainees interface with multiple teams
- Basic analytical and problem-solving ability
- Not Older than 27
