Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured graduate training and development programmes.
- Rotate across assigned departments for broad business exposure.
- Support daily operational and administrative activities.
- Assist with business process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyse operational data.
- Support key account management and client relationship activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve assigned objectives.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours from a recognised university.
- Maximum age of 28 years at the time of application.
- Completed NYSC.
- Minimum of five O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Excellent academic record.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteering, internships, or campus leadership roles.
- Strong interest in building a career in logistics, supply chain, technology, or business management.
