Dangote Industries limited Operators Trainee Programme 2026

The HEMM Operators Training Programme is designed to develop safe, skilled, and competent operators for mining operations with a target of providing a ready pool of well-trained candidates to take up positions as Dangote Cement certified mines HEMM Operators.

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Leavers with minimum of 5 Credit pass including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)
  • Technical college graduates with national technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB or Trade Test I, II, III.
  • Age limit must be between 22 to 35 years old.
  • Valid means of identification
  • Good physical and mental fitness
  • Strong safety awareness and discipline
  • Willingness to undergo intensive training and assessments.

Programme Overview

  • The training programme will combine behavioural screening
  • safety training
  • classroom instruction
  • Simulations.
  • Workshops.
  • Intensive field practice to prepare participants for effective and safe operation of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).
