Job Summary
The DP World AAVA 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12-month immersive development programme designed to build future-ready sales leaders who will drive the growth of AAVA Brands, a DP World company. Participants will receive structured training, practical experience, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth in a high-performing environment.
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have 0–2 years of work experience.
- Be 28 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND with a minimum of Second Class Upper (for Bachelor’s degree) or Upper Credit (for HND).
- Demonstrate a strong passion for growth and continuous learning.
- Have graduated within the last three (3) years.
