Heineken Global Graduate Program is a three-year path which consists of three rotations, each lasting six months, and will take place within your chosen area.

1. Supply Chain
At HEINEKEN, Supply Chain ensures that their products are brewed, packaged, and delivered efficiently and sustainably, balancing cost, quality, and service. The function drives operational excellence by optimizing planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to keep their brands flowing seamlessly from brewery to consumer.
2. Human Resources.
At HEINEKEN, Human Resources enables business success by attracting, developing, and engaging talented people across the organization. The function partners with leaders to build strong capability, foster an inclusive culture, and create an environment where people can grow, perform, and thrive
3. Commerce

3. Finance
At HEINEKEN, Finance plays a strategic role in shaping business decisions by combining financial discipline with forward‑looking insights, partnering closely with teams across the organization to manage performance, optimize resources, manage risk, and support sustainable, long‑term growth in a dynamic global environment.
You ’ll have the opportunity to spend the next 18-months working in a role within your home operating company in Nigeria.

General Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits including Mathematics and English
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering fields.
- Accounting and Finance related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Social Sciences
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Must have completed the mandatory youth service programme (NYSC).
- No specific previous work experience is required! But they are looking specifically for new graduates.
- Maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
- English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
- The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Global exploration can’t happen from home!
- They require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
