Who can Apply?
- Applicants not eligible for existing Rhodes constituencies
- Aged 18–24 years as of 1 October 2025 (extended age limits for certain degrees)
- Hold a First Class Honours or equivalent undergraduate degree
- Demonstrated leadership, commitment to service, and academic excellence
- High level of English proficiency (to meet Oxford’s admission requirements)
- Must secure nomination from their university/institution via the application portal
- Must receive eligibility approval from the Rhodes House team
