Job Summary:
They are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machinery to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production specifications and schedules.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and detect malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action when necessary.
- Record production data, machine performance, and downtime accurately.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams for continuous improvement.
- Report any equipment issues or product quality concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Technical/Vocational training
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety.
