by CDCFIB Recruitment Portal: The Civil Defense, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for full-time appointment to fill existing vacancies in the following positions, as detailed below; CDCFIB 2025 recruitment exercise.
General Requirement:
Below are the general requirements for CDCFIB 2025 recruitment exercise:
- Applicants must be Nigerians by birth;
- Applicants must possess the requisite qualifications.
- Any certificate or qualification not presented and accepted at the recruitment center shall not be accepted after the recruitment.
- Applicants must fit and present certificates of medical fitness from Government recognized hospitals;
- Applicants must be of good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offenses;
- Applicants must not be members of secret society, cult or drug addict, etc
- Applicants must not have been involved in any financial embarrassment
- Applicants must be between ages of 18 and 35 years;
- Applicants’ chest measurement must not be less than 0.87 for men;
- Computer literacy will be of added advantage.
- Applicants’ height must not be less than 1.65m for male and 1.60m for females;
Compulsory Documents to Upload
Interested and eligible applicants must upload these documents:
- Birth Certificate
- National identity Number (NIN)
- LGA Identification Certificate
- School Certificates.

CDCFIB Recruitment Application Portal New Date
The Civil Defense, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced a new date for the commencement of Application from Interested parties into the Paramilitary agency. According a press release, as signed by the Secretary to the Board, Maj Gen AM Jibril (rtd). The CDCFIB Temporarily Suspends Recruitment Application Portal.
The Statement reads Partly: “As part of effort to optimise the efficiency of its system, the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and lmmigration Services Board (CDCFIB) announces that the portal dedicated for the recruitment into its paramilitary agencies has been temporarily suspended.”
“This development will ensure that the portal accommodates the high volume of applications while guaranteeing a smooth, transparent, and fair recruitment process. The portal will be available again from Monday, July 21st, 2025.”
Please note:
- You can apply in only ONE of the four (4) Paramilitary Agencies of their choice
- Multiple applications across the Paramilitary Agencies will automatically be disqualified.
