Who can Apply for the University of Warsaw PhD Scholarships?
Below are the eligibility criteria:

How are Applicants Selected?
- Selection will be based on verification and evaluation of candidates’ documents (research project proposal and scientific achievements).
- For the Doctoral School of Exact and Natural Sciences, there will be additional examinations.
- For other schools, interviews will be conducted.
- Results will be announced in July 2025.

What is the Benefit of the University of Warsaw PhD Scholarships?
The benefits include:
- Full doctoral scholarships for the duration of the program.
- A “Scholarship to Start” will be awarded to the top 20% of the best applicants in each discipline.
- Doctoral candidates receive a scholarship amounting to PLN 4242 gross per month (before mid-term evaluation) and PLN 5340.90 gross (after mid-term evaluation).
- Additional support for candidates with a disability certificate, which includes an extra PLN 1040.70 gross per month.
