Job Summary
They are seeking passionate and technically driven individuals to join their Trainee TCP Engineer Program. This structured trainee initiative is designed to develop competent and safety-focused professionals who will support Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) operations across client locations.
Candidates will receive hands-on training in gun assembly, explosives handling, QA/QC procedures, wellsite operations, and completion systems under the supervision of experienced engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers who want to build a strong foundation in well completions and grow into full TCP Engineer roles.
Requirements
- B.Eng / HND in any relevant technical field.
- 0–2 years’ experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Previous internship or experience in oil & gas with safety awareness is an added advantage.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in challenging field environments (offshore/onshore).
