DV 2026 Starts Now: September 2025 Visa Bulletin Published!

I have some good news for DV2026, the best visa lottery winners, especially those coming from Africa. We now have September 2025 visa bulletin and we are able to see the cut-off numbers for October 2025 interviews. This is the Diversity Immigrant DV category rank cut-off number which will apply in October 2025, for Diversity Visa 2026 Program.

For October, immigrant numbers in DV category are available to qualify DV2026 applicants. What does it mean for qualified DV2026 applicants? It’s for those whose DS-260 form have been processed.

So if your DS-260 has been processed and you are coming from, for example, Africa region, the cut-off is 17,500. Below is the Visa Bulletin For September 2025 breakdown with October 2025 Cut-off Numbers For Diversity Visa 2026 Program.

So any case number 17,500 and below should be able to receive interview notification letter or 2NL anytime from now for October interviews. This is for DV2026. It’s the first visa bulletin for DV2026. It’s called September visa bulletin, Visa Bulletin For September 2025.
