Visa Bulletin For August 2025 Breakdown Analysis With September 2025 Cut-off Numbers For Diversity Visa 2025 Program (DV-2025)
We begin in the Africa region, the month of August 2025 the cut-off number established was 50,000 but for the month of September 2025, the new cut-off number established now is 58,500. Then to the Asia region where the cut-off number for the month of August 2025 was 11,000, but for the month of September 2025, it has been established at 14,500.
Europe region was at 22,000 for the month of August 2025, but for the month of September 2025, it has been established at 23,000. The North America (BAHAMAS) region for the month of August 2025 was all current , and for the month of September 2025, North America region all still current.
Oceania region was at 1,700 for the month of August 2025, but for the month of September 2025, Oceania has been established at 1,775. Final, the South America region was established at 2,600 for the month of August 2025, but for the month of September 2025, it has been established at 2,825.
Over to exceptional countries of interest, beginning with Algeria. The month of August 2025 Algeria was established at 44,950 but for the month of September 2025, Algeria has been established at 54,500. Egypt was at 43,250 for the month of August 2025, but for the month of September 2025, Egypt has been established at 52,000.
Morocco was at 40,500 for the month of August 2025, for the month of September 2025, the cut-off number has been maintained at same 40,500. Then to the Asia region where both Iran and Nepal were established at 10,650 for the month of August 2025, but for the month of September 2025, Iran has been established at 11,000 while Nepal has been established at 14,450.
Looking at these new cut-off numbers, you will observe that all of the regions and exceptional countries have experienced an increase in their cut-off numbers, and this increase in the various regions and exceptional countries will allow new case numbers to become current for interview during the month of September 2025.

Case Numbers That Have Become Current For Interview
So, let’s continue by considering the case numbers that were previously not current, but that have become current for interview with the publication of the September 2025 cut-off numbers.
Once again, we begin in the Africa region where the case numbers that were previously not current, but that have become current for the month of September 2025, are case numbers going from case number 50,000 to case number 58,500.
In the case of the Asia region, the case numbers that just became current for interview in the month of September 2025 are case numbers going from case number 11,000 to case number 14,500.
In the case of Europe region, the case numbers that just became current for interview during the month of September 2025 are case numbers going from case number 22,000 to case number 23,000.

Those are the new cut-off numbers, the ones that will apply during the month of September 2025, as part of the DV-2025 program.
