Dutum Company Limited seeking for qualified applicants to join their team in the following positions:
1) HSSE Officer
Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSSE policies, safety plans, and regulatory compliance across sites.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, trainings, and toolbox talks to maintain safe operations.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, maintain HSSE records, and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture by monitoring PPE use, subcontractor compliance, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements
- 2–4 years HSSE experience (construction experience preferred).
- HSE / NEBOSH / IOSH certifications.
- Strong safety compliance and reporting skills.
2) Maintenance Officer
Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduled and emergency repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities across Dutum’s projects.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to prevent equipment failure and ensure asset longevity (engines, machinery, vehicles).
- Carry out regular inspections to identify faults and ensure equipment meets safety standards and is in good working condition.
- Maintain records of all maintenance activities.
- Manage all company equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar role.
- Construction maintenance and logistics experience is an added advantage.
- Strong safety compliance and reporting skills.
- Must be resident in Lagos.
