1) Field Engineer
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site well intervention, wireline, and slickline operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot field equipment and provide technical solutions in real-time.
- Prepare operation reports, data logs, and technical documentation.
- Support training and mentoring of junior field staff as needed.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field).
- 2–5 years’ field experience in oil and gas operations.
- Strong knowledge of well intervention and wireline/slickline operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in challenging field environments.
2) Senior Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IOCs, NOCs, and major oil servicing firms.
- Lead tender preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Promote technical services including wireline, slickline, cased-hole logging, and rig-less well intervention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand the company’s service footprint.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events.
- Provide sales forecasts, revenue updates, and performance reports to management.
- Mentor and support junior business development staff.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Geosciences, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven technical sales/BD experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of well intervention and wireline services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client network and ability to meet revenue targets.
3) Business Development Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients within the oil and gas sector.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Conduct market research, identify new market opportunities, and track competitor activities.
- Promote Bell WellScience services including slickline, wireline, and well intervention solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery and project execution.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and meeting briefs.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and follow-up on completed projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 2–5 years’ experience in business development (oil and gas preferred).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
