Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited was incorporated in 1996 as a joint venture between Waltersmith and Associates Limited, a Nigerian company and Petroman Oil Limited of Calgary, Canada to operate as an oil exploration and production company. In 2001, Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited became a wholly owned Nigerian company with the divestment of Petroman Oil Limited.

Requirements:
- Applicants must be Nigerians with degrees in any of the following disciplines:
- Engineering
- Economics
- Law
- Humanities/Social Sciences
- IT.
- Finance.
- Minimum academic qualification: Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Must have three years post graduation experience (including NYSC)
- Must be a maximum of 25 years old
- If the candidate has a Master’s degree, this should have been completed by 2025
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
