Studying at Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) Germany is mostly free of (study) charges. There are only limited scholarship opportunities for international students. The International Relations Office is nonetheless pleased to be able to award a limited number of scholarships to international students enrolled at BTU Germany.

The STIBET I Scholarship and Support Programme at Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) Cottbus-Senftenberg provides financial assistance to international students who demonstrate strong academic performance and active engagement in the university’s international community. It is designed to ease financial pressure, support degree completion, and recognize students contributing to intercultural cooperation on campus.

  • All degree programmes at BTU (undergraduate and postgraduate).
  • Scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement and international engagement, not specific fields of study.
