Job Title: Business Development Officer (Customer Representative)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new customers while managing relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas downstream sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Promote the company’s products (e.g., petroleum products, lubricants, LPG, etc.) to clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to build networks and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification or a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Salary: N260,000 – N450,000 monthly.
