About the Award
The Miss Niger Delta Peace Cultural Pageant is an annual event Organized by the Miss Niger Delta Beauty Pageant International in association with collaborating partners, Pageant and Event Development Initiative and Queens and Pet Koncept Initiative. The pageant is also accredited by the Association Of Beauty pageant Organizers of Nigeria (ABPON). Since 1999 the MND Pageant has recorded tremendous success.

Miss Niger Delta Peace Cultural Pageant Eligibility and Requirements
Who can Apply?
To participate/apply, you must:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 25
- Be an indigene from any of the Niger Delta States, namely, Delta, Edo, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Cross River, Ondo. Abia or Imo State.
How are Winners Selected?
- Form Filling
Interested contestants must fill out entry forms either online or at designated outlets.
- Screening/Auditions
After submissions, a screening or audition phase is held to assess eligibility age, origin (must be from the Niger Delta), communication skills, confidence, and talent.
- Camp/Orientation
Successful applicants are invited to camp. During which they undergo grooming, rehearsals, empowerment workshops, and training in leadership, culture, and personal development.
- Elimination Stages
Through various tasks, performances (such as talent shows, traditional display, Q&A sessions, and project presentations), some contestants may be eliminated based on scores from judges.
- Grand Finale
The finalists compete on stage in different categories usually traditional wear, evening wear, talent display, and interview. Judges score each round, and public votes also count.
- Crowning the Queen
Based on cumulative scores and performance, the top contestants are announced, with the winner crowned Miss Niger Delta, and runners-up also recognized with titles or roles.
